Love Adobe products... HATE Adobe customer service.
Upgraded my computer and purchase CS4, only to find that the program is (thus far) not compatible with Snow Leopard. Ok - maybe I am not very tech-saavy, but on a simple install (put in the disk, & click Set up) should be pretty fool-proof right?
So I called Tech Support at least 5 times, sat on hold for at minimum 45 minutes before anyone even comes to the phone, and they are NO help! They walked me through the same steps I took at least 10 times prior to calling them, had me try a few other things and said "that should work, if not here is the case number - just call back..." (and sit and wait on the phone for another hour.)
