DO NOT BUY ANYTHING DIRECTLY FROM ADOBE!!!! I ordered directly from their telesales department at 800-585-0774. I clearly ordered one base product and one upgrade product. The telesales rep was very pushy when I was ordering, and when I called Adobe customer service the next day to get help with my upgrade version order processing, I discovered that the pushy sales representative had OVERCHARGED me for 2 higher versions of the product I was trying to order for a total of $542 MORE THAN I HAD ORDERED!!!As the 2 software products had not yet been received or downloaded by me, I asked the customer service person to cancel my order, and to cancel the software and refund my card immediately.I was told that I would have to submit for a refund through the website and that it would be 7-10 days after the time that the shipment will be received. It took 42 minutes on the phone to get to a customer service representative and over 2 hours on the phone with no resolution. Their sales procedure and refund procedure are outright crooked and dishonest. I am out $1000 for software I can not use and need for my business. AGAIN, DO NOT BUY FROM ADOBE DIRECTLY!!!!
