With many home inspection companies to choose from, we were attracted to
Accu-Spec Home Inspections due to the fact that they are one of only a few inspection companies that are Licensed General Contractors. That was very important to us as we learned that most inspection companies are only certified and NOT licensed. Anyone can open an inspection company so going with a licensed general contractor; we knew we were getting an inspector that was knowledgeable in all areas and phases of construction. Our inspector, Richard, was on time, professional, friendly and took his time to make sure we understood any items of concern that he noted within our inspection report. Due to his extensive construction background, he was also able to give us information as to what the cost of any repairs we may be up against, if purchasing this home. It was nice to see that there was a company that takes pride in their job and realizes that they are helping assist the buyer's in one, if not the biggest, investment of their lives.
