Do not use Abaco Moving. They are NOT accredited by the BBB as their website leads you to believe. They are not concerned about customer service or satisfaction. We chose them because they were a middle of the road priced company and their sales person was very helpful and friendly. This person is no longer with the company. We were mislead in regards to the location of our storage, the time of our delivery (three weeks from payment is when it arrived), and the experience and ability of the truck driver. He couldn't back the truck into the drive, so he left it in the street and wanted to charge us extra for having to walk further. Many of our belongings (which were bought shortly before our move) were broken and damaged. Including a vacuum the driver ran over on his way out! Abaco was bought by another company during our storage time. We were told at pick up we could pay 1/2 then, use storage, and pay the remaining half and total of storage upon delivery- which changed 9 months into our storage. They only care about getting money, not providing customer service. They especially treat women poorly.
