This company is a scam.
I feel like a bad episode of Dateline for "Crooked movers" after dealing with these criminals. They nickeled and dimed me for everything (stair charge, extended distance fee, extra hourly rates (because one of their movers was taking a dump in my toilet for 30 mins)). They were slow to respond, showed up late, very careless with my furniture, and yes, charged me more than they promised.
I don't know who they bribed at BBB to get the "A" rating, and perhaps they were good a couple years back. I guess I missed their "prime", and now they are just out to get poor folks like me who hands over their live's possessions for them to treat like dirt.
Avoid like plague, these crooks are after easy targets like us.
