I used Aarons Moving based on the reviews and strong recommendation from Internet postings, and everything seemed to be ok when they moved my stuff out from my old apartment. Two guys showed up, slightly ahead of the scheduled time, and I was feeling pretty good about them.
When we arrived at the new house, I asked them to put on shoe protectors so they would not ruin the carpet. Guess what, they put them on, and proceeded to step out into the pouring rain (complete with mud and rocks, and "brown water") with the shoe protectors! Kind of defeats the entire purpose of the shoe protector. The two guys continued to walk up and down my brand new carpet with now soiled shoe protectors and leaving marks everywhere they went.
That's not the worst part, in moving one couch up the stairs navigating a tricky turn, they banged the brand new wall and left a pretty huge hole (my hand can fit through it). I noticed the hole immediately after the house stopped shaking, and Constantine (one of the movers) said "don't worry, the claim will take care of it". That's reassuring, so I asked what is the process with the "claim" and how long would it take to fix my brand new house, no details could be given, and no time frame could be guaranteed. They said to contact Viktoria, the lady in charge of handling all the phone calls and booking appointments, to deal with the "claims" process. I called the next day and still have not received a phone call back (it has been 3 days now). After numerous emails, I finally received a response from Viktoria, and it goes "Please allow a few days to review your claim". IT HAS BEEN A FEW DAYS ALREADY!!!!
I would not recommend using Aaron's Moving unless you want your furniture ,house and other personal properties damaged due to their neglegence. I have reported their business practices to BBB already, I hope this serves as a warning to all who reads this post.
