This company called my daughter to say she owed a debt, and when she said she wasn't aware that she owed it, she asked them to send her paperwork. They said they didn't have to and said they would sue her. They were rude and insulting to her and threatening. They did not identify themselves. I called them to ask them the name of their company, and they refused to tell me. They cursed at me, called me a crazy old woman, called me stupid, said I had a low IQ, said I had a dishonest daughter and that I was a poor mother because I raised such a dishonest daughter. They disclosed information from my daughter's credit report to me without her permission. I was yelled at, hung up on, and insulted so much I was in awe, and not just by one employee but by at least 3 separate employees. I cannot believe this company can get away with this kind of treatment. Their practices violate not only the law but are ethically and morally reprehensible, and I don't know how these people can sleep at night.
