Called 123 health plan and requested to Cancel Plan as per there contact agreement. They claim that I never called. They Requested a phone bill showing I called. That is impossible cause 1800- are not itemized. I also sent them a mailed notarized letter that they claim they never got. Sent them copy of the letter I mailed them via Fax. They claim that was not proof that I ever mailed it.
Many Traps and Excuses for them not to refund Your Money.

And that she does whatever she pleases. > > This company is very unprofessional.. Treating Customer very rude , unprofessional and in despot manner. When you have to deal with a refund they give you a hard time. when you request to speak to an upper manager *_they will referrer you to speak to a very snotty , despot and very rude supervisor by the Name of "Susan Butler"._* When you ask to speak to someone other then her she replies that she is the only one to speak to her decision is final and that she does what she pleases. > > DO NOT COMMIT YOURSELF IN DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY AND WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY ACCORDINGLY TO AGREEMENT. THEY WILL REQUEST PHONE BILL AS PROOF THAT YOU CALLED THEM WHICH IS RIDICULOUS CAUSE 1-800- NUMBER ARE NOT LISTED. THEY WILL ALSO REQUEST PROOF OF MAILING. WELL IF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN I WOULD HAVE SPENT 10.00 IN A CERTIFIED LETTER DELIVERY CONFIRMATION TO HAVE PROOF THAT I MAILED THEM A CANCELLATION NOTICE ON TIME. INSTEAD OF JUST SENDING REGULAR MAIL PAYING JUST THE $.42 CENT STAMP. Maria Santos
