This company will not credit my refund for an item I returned

I was told that I could return an item, but after it was returned on January 10, I can not get a reply as to why I have not received a credit. I have sent 3 emails and posted a message on their Facebook page, but still no response. I spent over $300 and
returned one pair of socks for $36.00, but they will not respond and there is no phone number for contact.
