I am so happy that we used UFA. I had already arranged for them to deliver 2 of my cars to NY, when a friend of mine that told me about another company that took his deposit and actually never picked up his vehicle. Sara(Customer Service) assured me that they had a driver and my cars would be picked up on time. Which it was. I got worried for no reason at all. If I have to use a shipping company again it will definitely be UFA.
