Great company, great people

I have worked with the owners of USAFS, and I have seen the quality and care they put into their business. They never waiver in honesty, or in trying to satisfy the customer. They are responsive to email inquiries and all reasonable requests for accommodation. While no person or business entity is perfect, I suspect that dissatisfied posters either did not attempt to resolve their grievance or sought unreasonable accommodations. My experience and observations of their business practices leaves me wishing for another star.
