Transport Services has done nothing but cause us stress since we first contracted with them. In April, we had contracted with another company to move our F150 truck from San Diego to Augusta, GA for $725.00. We paid them 100.00 down. A few days later, after repeated problems with communication, we decided to hire Transport services for 950.00 with a 195.00 deposit. "Martin" in sales indicated that if we signed the contract by the end of the business day, we would have a guaranteed pickup no later than the following Wednesday. It has now been 3 weeks since the promised pickup date and the truck is still sitting in San Diego and no pickup has been scheduled. I call Transport Services 2 x per day. I typically spend more than 30 minutes on the phone and more than half the time, the phone line is disconnected during our call. I have gotten in the practice of calling from different phones to ensure that they take my call because they rarely take any calls from my cell phone. They have done nothing but lie to me and come up with excuses. We chose this company because they told us that they own their own trucks, yet they seem to be at the mercy of independent truckers. This has been a nightmare so far and they are nothing but liars.
