had dealt with a broker who listed my car for $850 which is below current market value and after 3 weeks was desperate to find a trasport for the car I purchased. I searched for a carrier that owned their own trucks and found Transport Services. I explained my situartion to Dustin and asked if they had a truck that would take my car. He sweetly assured me that they are NOT a broker and OWN their own trucks. He then proseeded to transfer me to his manager wo apologized that I had such a bad experience with a broker, assured me again that they are not a broker and have a spot free on a truck that is ready to leave on Monday, latest Tuesday. The only thing that was needed is my credit card to charge deposit and my signature on a contract. I asked if they are sure, since if there is no truck ready that week, I would just purchase a one way ticket and get the car myself as I already sold mine and was renting. I was told that I will be so happy with their service and speed of deliver that I will be recomending the company to ALL my friends....Sadly I AM RECOMENDING TO EVERYONE WHO READS THIS TO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! They rushed me to sign the contract as it was the end of business day and they "wanted to make sure spot on truck is mine". Contract I signed (without reading since they were rushing me) states that they have 10 days to find transport, so you can't cancel prior, and that if you do cancel early, they will keep your deposit!!!
It is 7 days later. There is no car. they kept telling me truck is stuck at the auction the first 3 days. After that they said that they will see if there is an alternative trasportation. Another broker emailed me the listing of my car they listed on National Dispatch Borad the first day I called. That made me wonder why a company that owns their own trucks would list as an agent?
So I did some investigation and found the following:
This company DOES NOT OWN TRUCKS nor trucking licence. What they do own is a regular BROKER LICENCE!
They use one licence for two different companies. Their leaglly registered name is actually

Once I started asking all these questions and requested proof of their leagal license # and company name, I recieved an emal stating "Your Order has been cancelled per your request" - I NEVER made a request to cancel, just wanted to find out what is going on.

Sounds like they lie to their clients SO MUCH that they change their name every few years to avid bad reviews!
