I was cheated from this company also. 9.95 to receive the trial. After several days it did not arrive. I call. Was told it is an error in the ad that the 14 days start from when you order and it is actually from when you receive it. Now I am told it is 14 days from when they ship. I canceled within the 14 days. Two days later I was charged 99 dollars. I called. I was told it is a "GLITCH" in their system by HUGO( id #42589) and was told if I returned the kit my money would be refunded. He told me it would be placed in my account in 2-3 days. I was told to provide a tracking number which is only available by UPS. This cost 8.40.. I called him with the tracking number and was assured my refund would be given. Still no refund. I call again and am told the kit was received and I will not be getting my 99 dollars. Each rep gives me a different story. So for 117.35 dollars I receive nothing. This is the cost of trying their product to discover it is not for me. There was no invoice with shipment. No email confirmation.
