While the service and hardware work fine, be aware that the cost of your annual subscription goes up each year that you have the service, with increases being automatically renewed on your credit card. So if you have an elderly family member who uses this as their primary email solution, understand that unlike most services online, where costs tend to go down for things like storage, presto seems to increase the cost to you annually.
