This company is definitely the most professional and educated from anyone I talked to about going through the debt settlement process. My representative took over 45 minutes to make sure everything was understood. He explained to me that he could be reached at any time and that has been the case since. I have 32,000 in debt and I have had 2 accounts out of the 5 taken care of. I received letters about the reductions and also zero balance letters and I no longer have to communicate with the creditors that had been taking my money in interest on a monthly basis for 10 years. One account was with Bank of America for 3000 and I paid back 1100. The other that has been zero balanced out was with Chase. They got me a payback of $2000 on an $8000 debt!!!! This company has definitely risen above the rest. If you want your debt taken care of the right way take my advice and call them!!!
