Purchased The Shield Deluxe 2009 for a two year contract in Nov. 2008. In April of 2010 the databases were obsolete, called the company and they offered me a new contract at a discounted rate because they were no longer supporting this contract. I had 8 months left on my contract and now they wanted me to purchase an upgrade for the contract I already paid for. Not happy about this at all. They're going to refund the pro-rated difference of what is left on my contract but it has already been 2 months of my computer not being protected. I emailed them and they never responded. Will not do business with them again.
