Have tried many times to contact PCSecurityShield via email and phone. Have not upgraded older 2009 software. Not that old but they forgot it but keep you money. Purchase at your own risk and soon you will be at risk because Windows 7 will not work with it. In the Windows 7 Action Center the shield gives a warning that it is not compatable with Windows 7. The only reason their is one star is because they would not leave them completely blank.
