PHA Realty Group, and Cesar Khandjian are my one stop shop for any Real Estate transaction for life, he is an extremely patient and knowledgeable individual, I could not have asked for a better Real Estate Agent. It took me a very long time to find the perfect home, and he very patiently kept showing me home after home until I said this is the one, and not only that he help me and made sure that the whole transaction went nice and smooth guiding me not just with the property showings, but all along with the loan, and escrow companies even thought he is not a lender or have nothing to do with the mortgage part. He was very responsive to all questions I had about the home buying process. He was willing to work with my schedule and even worked with me weekends and holidays I can say I was very lucky to have found his website I highly recommend him, and his stuff.
