In response to the review written on 4/20/08, the check on the flyer shows the customer writing a check for maintenance fees, not this company writing YOU a check for your timeshare. We went to a meeting today and they said upfront that their concept is not for everybody. Well, it WAS for us! My husband & I had a timeshare that we no longer wanted and we couldn't sell it or even give it away. We were legally locked in to have to pay maintenance fees on it for the rest of our lives, plus the burden would be continued onto our heirs. The rates vary depending on your timeshare and we paid MUCH LESS than $3,000, and are now free from this timeshare. My advice is to listen to this company's explanation and then decide if it is for you. There was no pressure from them, just a helpful attitude in answering our questions.
