Terrible, services, I have been a customer for Lexus for more than 10 years, bouthgt 2 cars from but, but, last Friday, and it's my first time went to Newport Lexus for service after my first week purchased car from them. . I was very upset and disappointed about their service dept. You get no service from them. Not even a manager call me back after waiting 2 hours there.
