My husband of 11 years purchased my engagement ring at Multi Auction Services and had a wonderful experience with them. This Spring, I unfortunately lost one of the stones in mu beloved ring after hitting against a something and desperately contacted them to see if they could help with the replacement. Michelle went above and beyond to assist me in finding the exact match. I shipped it to them and they replaced one the side diamond stones free of charge and sent it right back within a few days. I am so very appreciative and grateful for the personal customer service I received from Michelle and my broken heart is whole again with the replacement of my exact ring!
