We initially selected Mastercraft Kitchens to remodel our kitchen, based on the enthusiastic recommendations of decorators and friends, plus checking with their former clients.
I was very impressed with their professionalism and experience in the detailed design and planning of the new kitchen. They had many suggestions on design, colors and cabinet choices. With their plans, were able to visualize what the final results would look like and were able to make final choices before construction.
They scheduled the construction and coordinated closely with the other contractors. This effort minimized the down time before we could use the kitchen again.
Based on this positive experience, and learning that Bill Rourke had such extensive experience in house renovation in England and France, we asked him to also design our new bathrooms and also our whole entertainment center.
Mastercraft followed up on all the construction details without fail, and even months later they returned to adjust a few minor problems.
Needless to say, we were extremely pleased with the results and have recommended them to many of our friends.
