I have never felt so taken advantage of me in my entire life. So much that I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. They quote you a low rate and state that it is a typical one bedroom apartment. I went from $775 to $3200 in cost. I sold my sofa, dining room table ,my bed frame and I already moved my own cloths. So I asked them what is a typical one bedroom? They are trained not to answer your questions. The answer you will get is that...You are under contract. I told them that I would like for General Manager to call me. The response was that he would not and that is why he has other managers to handle any issues. I am a General Manager of a business and if I had an unhappy customer , the first thing I would do is call them. The fact he wouldn't call says a lot about the company and how they value their customers. They lie to you. We intentionally didn't mark binding on the agreement as I wanted to work out the details because I was so upset. They intentionally did not give us copy rather another copy saying estimate charges. They marked the box binding and faxed it to us saying me did. I was so upset when they gave me the total, that I asked them to put it back into my storage. They said they would, but that I had to give them cash for 70% of the $3200.00. I am sure that any of the positive reviews written are by their own staff. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
