The owner of this business is a strange person. At the time when he accept the business initially, he looks pleasant and nice.Then he installed the iron gate which was mis-aligned and can not close well. He also installed the gate opener but did not know he should also install the limited switches, so the gate opener will not keep running non-stop.
When I returned from work and found out the problems,I called him and explained to him the nature of the problems and requested him to come and correct the problems and finish his services. He became very aggitative and started argue over the phone, he tried to blame the wall and ask for more money to fix the wall. I explained to him that the wall is strong and stable and just fine and nothing wroung. Then he blamed me do not want to spend more money and refused to come. I keep call him many times, but he either keep argue with me or gave all kind of excuses, once time he just simply cut off the line before we finish the conversation.
Two of my friends want to order iron gates and install the electric gate openers, but I told them I received a poor services from Liberty Iron works company and do not want to get them in trouble too.
