I writing to tell you how incredibly impressed I am with your customer service. I had set up an account with Intuit and the service was horrible (long wait times, different person every time I called, couldn't get the scanner to me in less than a week from order, etc.). I contacted Leaders and within 20 minutes I had an account set up, a rep assigned to my account with numerous follow up calls AND the scanner the next day. Set us service was great too! I'm totally impressed with your company and happy to be working with you! I'll certainly be telling all my friends to use your product. Thank you!
