I agree with the complaint filed with BBB, this business is very fishy, I am a licensed electrical contractor and have a very successful electrical company in Murrieta. He came to me with his products, the biggest problem I had was that I couldnt get a straight answer about anything, warranty info, how to handle warranty issues, patent issues, etc. As a homeowner and a business owner, although this was a great way for us to make more money for the business, we agreed to not sell the product because of these factors, we would not install or put one of these in our home. There are much better products, that can give and back their warranty. It's not cool to cut corners, EX. unlicensed, no bond, no insurance, no warranty. Recipe for disaster.
