I purchased a policy through Head Quarter Insurance towards the beginning of October. The policy I went with had a free look period which I chose to take advantage of. I was recently laid off from my job and that's why I was looking for insurance in the first place, but about 2 weeks after I purchased the policy I received a phone call from my previous employer offering me my job and benefits back which I accepted. I then had a policy that I no longer needed, I called Head Quarter back and explained the situation to them. The kindly explained that if I canceled the policy that I would not be able to enroll again for at least 6 months because the company wouldn't let me. I told them that I understood that and they canceled my policy and issues me a full refund which I received 5 days after canceling, I was suprised it happened so quickly. If I did not get my job back I would have kept the policy, I had a chance to review it and it was everything that I was told that it would be. I also refeered one of my friends and old co-workers to them and she opened the same policy with them. Unfortunitly she was not able to receive her job back so she kept the plan, which she is very happy with. She went out and had to use the insurance the other day at the ER and only paid $100 for a bill that was over $3700. I will be hanging on to their number in case I ever need insurance again. The entire experience with them was very very pleasant. I would do business with them again any day of the week if I ever need to again. If you are searching for insurance use Head Quarter Insurance, I know that you will be just as satisfied with them as my friend and I were. It seems very difficult to find a company that operates as honest as they do and I have found that company so I am telling everyone out there that Head Quarter Insurance is an A++++++ company. Sorry for the length of this review I just felt that all of this info will be useful to somebody out there and I hope that it is.
