BE CAREFUL- "F" with the Better Busines Bureau (BBB)!
I found out the hard way.
These people were supposed to collect on some accounts for me. They didn't collect anything and now that I am canceling are trying to charge me fees! In the past they have been very rude to my staff over the phone. They are short, rude, raise their voices, put you on hold, hang up on you- the customer service is nill.
Who are these people? Are they incorporated? When I asked the girl who answered for her last name she wouldn't give it to me. The customer service rep wouldn't give me her last name. Weird. I couldn't find a fax number on their website. Under their in house attorney section no one is listed. Who are we dealing with?
