The reviewer "Erica S" is not a customer of Fidelity Information. The BBB and TrustLink do not distinguish the difference between "creditors" and "debtors" for a collection agency. A creditor is the customer of Fidelity Information. A debtor is the person a creditor places with Fidelity for collection, they are not a customer. The comments made by "Erica S" do not reflect that of a customer of Fidelity Information since "Erica S" is an alleged debtor.
