Customer service is Poor. You can never get a person on the phone. Their message states a call back between 4 to 6 hour or the next morning. Did not happen, did not call back the day of support call or the next day even with repeat suport calls.
If you are shipping and your software or system is not working you are not doing business.
Support is poor, forget it if you need something the same day or next so you can run your business.
