They installed a new unit and left out two parts and it took them months to figure out the unit was leaking coolant. After many years and lot of repair bills they never fixed the unit and even made it worse by turning off the high fan that is needed to cool in the summer. I had to buy another small unit ot make the house cool enough to live in. Unit was fixed by another company after only one visit.
