I own and investment property and have been managed by them for over 5 years. Over the course of 5 years, I've acculumated over 1000+ dollars plus worth of HOA penalty fees because they absolutely do not or don't know how to manage properties. Lack of updates on telling you what is going on with your house. Questionable repairs and bills. Does not take responsibility even though your taking 10% every month. Rita and Helen has really bad attitudes. I sold my house now and they manage to screw me over one last time by turning off my utilites without even letting me know. When I called Rita said, "no we do not need to tell you"!?
