We have Cinergy and have been paying for about 8 months I think. I submitted my first claim in January for a doctors visit. It is only a $50 reimbursement. In March, I called thinking I had given them plenty of time to send my a reimbursement. So convieneint that they never received the claim isn't it? They said...."We changed our address so it must have gotten lost." Since when will this EVER be an acceptable answer for someone that has had $300 a month taken out of thier account? I have paid them close to $2,000. I submit a claim for $50 and get nothing. This whole song and dance of "We never received your claim." Is not acceptable and will NEVER be acceptable.
