I have this insurance from 8/1/09 and had a few claims what been send to them
Cinergy did,t process any claims and never contact me or provider about that.
Only contact I have twice from third party GTL for asking information "Medical Questionnaire" of Pre-Existing Condition with FAX not
working so I sent them on three different FAX's and still no response.I think they are in a same boat.I want to cancel that insuranse and get all
my money back-they don't pay anythink anyway.
