We purchased a car from Jimmy of Car Town. The day we picked it up, we noticed soooooooo many things wrong with it that were not mentioned, we immediately tried to contact Jimmy. He did not reply, I believe he was waiting for the 3 day grace period to be over to respond so we would be stuck with the car. We had to put a stop payment on our check to save our money. Once we put a stop payment on it, we tried to contact Jimmy again at which point he texted us back saying he would call us before 12 PM..we waited and still nothing. Finally, on the 3rd day, we dropped off the car at which point, Jimmy refused to give us any receipt showing we had returned the car, and also threatened to sue in court.
