Very bad experience!!!
I arranged with their sale representatives named Joe a pick-up date for a long-distance move on July 2nd, and 7 day before the arranged day I received a voicemail from someone else that my order has been unilaterally cancelled. Reasoning: problems with their trucks.
When I called my sale representative Joe, he told me that Cali moving has been booked out and that he was not aware of it when he locked my order. Hmmmmm, that's a different reason.
We arranged a different date for pick-up and I was assured by him that there shouldn't be any other problems anymore.
Guess what, today, two days before reserved pick-up date, July 1, I receive a call from Cali moving, of course from someone else than their sale representative Joe, telling me simply that the order has been cancelled by them, and that should look for another moving company. No attempt to help me out!
Of course, Joe is not available for different made-up reasons, and now I have to find another moving company in two days!!! to move from CA to NY-
