This company set up a booth at the Americas Mart show in Atlanta, GA during the summer market in July 2009. The company offers bedding supplies; I looked at High Thread Count Sheets for my customers. There was quite a flurry of activity during the show and I stopped by to place an order. I did receive a verbal commitment that the order I placed would be fulfilled in a timely manner but no exact date was offered. It's been 4 weeks and no orders have shipped. After checking with the BBB, I found a phone number for their shipping center and spoke with someone. He assured me orders would ship this week or next. So, I will follow up and add the next step. If no orders shipped, I'll file an official complaint.
