auto direct was recommend by a friend of a friend. I had never used and car shipping company before and knew nothing about it. It was a last minute decision as we were unable to drive our car home from florida. From the beginning to the end the customer service was amazing. I had many questions and concern but Raquel and Marianne made me feel very comfortable about asking anything. They returned my calls and email promptly and in the end everything went smoothly and the driver Nikki was super. She called a day before she got, called when she was running late and called when she picked the car up and when she arrive at her destination. all and all I would recommend this company
