DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Contacted BBB, complaint unresolved
-Active Duty military who scheduled in Oct 09 for my vechicle pickup in November 09 the day prior to my departure overseas, paid $150 deposit
-Date for pickup approached, no call for scheduled pickup
-I called several times to inquire about pickup, no info except "we're working on it"
-Got called on date originally scheduled saying there was a driver who had a cancellation, but the cost would increase $300...would I be willing to split the difference?
-When I refused to split the difference they said what they meant was if I agreed to pay an extra $150 on delivery, they'd refund my deposit of $150 and they would email me confirmation. I agreed.
-No email confirmation received and no refund received, was told that I had agreed to the price increase...multiple calls later (now Feb 2010), still no resolution...
