Be sure you never need to cancel an order. This company kept me on the phone while my payment cleared. $150 charge in seconds. I canceled a few days later, following each of their steps to cancel. Now I'm told my credit was issued, it's not their fault it didn't show up in my account and I have to call my bank about it. My Bank wants a copy of the credit slip, and now no one at Auto Transport will take my call. Thank goodness, I didn't trust them with my car.....Who knows where that would have ended up.
