The salesman at my door was a respectable guy. He would answer his phone. The "office" people would never never answer the phone, BECAUSE, it was a cell phone. Even my insurance company never heard from them. Crazy. They seem to be a phantom company hiding in the gray zone for this type of work. They did absolutely nothing for my claim. I have an awesome insurance company, and never needed these fools for my claim. They're fired.
Do not give these guys your business.
