I made an application for a new service yesterday. After changing something, and accidently locking myself out, I took a support ticket.
Amazingly, arvixe respoded to me within 10 minutes of writing the email and problm was sorted 5 minutes later.
Thank you very much guys.... A great way to start a new relationship
