I spilled coffee all over my MacBook and basically killed it. The computer was completely soaked in coffee and wouldn't turn on at all. Worse, my back-up was problematic and my Time Machine (second back-up) had also failed. Major disaster! Major freak-out!
I took it to $300 Data recovery first thing the next morning, and four hours later they had recovered all my data!!
Not only was I amazed by the quick service, excellent price, and great results, their customer service was exemplary. Nathan was friendly, reassuring and understanding. Charmaine was super nice. If I ever have a computer issue again, I'll know where to go!
