This company has a well deserved F rating with the BBB for failing to respond to some of their complaints. I reviewed some of these complaints and they have pretty serious allegations regarding failure to fulfill orders, undisclosed transaction fees and partial refunds.

THEY RIPPED OFF MY FRIEND SOLD HER GOLD AT 2400 AN OUNCE WHEN IT WAS 1039!! SHE HIRED A BIG TIME LAWYER...THESE GUYS ARE FRAUDULENT AND EXTORTIONISTS...THEY SHOULD RETRUN HER MONEY AND MY MOMS...MY MOMS TRUST FOR KIDS GAVE THEM 15000...WELL THE GOLD ISN'T WORTH HALF THAT-- THE RIPPED OFF KIDS...
