Home Mod fraud? "Home Protection Firm" is trying to get us to sign up.

We have been approached by "Home Protection Firm" for a home modification. I see on BBB that this company is misusing the BBB logo without permission. I don't see any complaints against them. They are supposed to be sending us a contract to sign and said they have notified our lender. Do you have any information on them that we need to be aware of. Thanks for your help.

DONT BE SCAMMED. IT IS ALWAYS BEST TO WORK DIRECTLY WITH YOUR MORTGAGE COMPANY AND IT WILL NOT COST YOU ANYTHING. AND YOUR RESULTS WILL BE MUCH BETTER IF YOU DEAL WITH YOUR MORTGAGE COMPANY DIRECLTY. GOOD LUCK
