Can you tell us more about what it is you are thinking of doing with them? I've linked the company report but we don't have a lot of information on the company. Our record shows they have been in business since 1997 and that their business is auditing commercial phone bills.

They claim to offer commercial and personal lending to people or companies with less than perfect credit. They claim to be a BBB member but not accredited. They claim to be able to finance in quickly.

It's not possible to be "a BBB member" but also not be "accredited". And our record does not show them as an Accredited Business. If they told you they are a BBB Accredited Business and/or member but they aren't, then I would steer you away on the basis of dishonest communication.

Banks, Bayere, Chase wants several hundred bucks as "collateral" (1) to be sent to Canada (2) via Western Union (3)??? Three red flags for SCAM.
